Merchants register execution capabilities

Merchants connect their existing e-commerce infrastructure to Clarify Systems. No changes to storefronts or checkout flows required. Clarify Systems maps available products, pricing, and fulfillment options.

Agents submit purchase intents

When an AI agent determines a purchase is needed, it submits a structured intent to Clarify Systems. This includes product specifications, constraints, and authorization parameters.

Clarify Systems performs discovery, execution, and settlement

Clarify Systems validates the intent, identifies matching merchants, executes the transaction against the appropriate storefront, and handles payment settlement on behalf of all parties.

Transactions are logged, auditable, and dispute-safe

Every transaction is cryptographically logged with full provenance. Receipts, authorizations, and execution traces are preserved for audit, compliance, and dispute resolution.

What Clarify Systems does not do

  • Build user interfaces or shopping experiences
  • Operate as a marketplace or product catalog
  • Provide AI, recommendation, or discovery services
