About Clarify Systems

Clarify Systems exists to make machine-initiated commerce safe, auditable, and interoperable.

As software agents become capable of initiating commercial transactions, the infrastructure supporting those transactions must evolve. Today's e-commerce systems were built for human users navigating web interfaces. They assume intent is expressed through clicks, searches, and form submissions.

Agent-initiated commerce operates differently. An agent expresses intent programmatically. It needs structured interfaces for quoting, execution, and verification. It requires auditability for the humans who delegate authority to it. It demands clear liability models when things go wrong.

Clarify Systems provides this infrastructure. We are not a marketplace. We do not build consumer experiences. We do not compete with merchants or platforms. We provide the neutral execution layer that connects agent intent to existing commerce systems.

Our role

  • Execute transactions requested by authorized agents
  • Settle payments between all parties
  • Log operations for audit and dispute resolution
  • Certify implementations against the ACEC standard

We believe machine-initiated commerce will become a significant portion of economic activity. For this to happen safely, the infrastructure must be trustworthy, open, and accountable. That is what we are building.
