Buyer Onboarding
How buyers interact with Clarify Systems and manage their profiles.
Overview
As a buyer, you interact with Clarify Systems when an AI agent (like ChatGPT or Claude) wants to make a purchase on your behalf. You always maintain full control over your purchases.
How Purchases Work
1. Agent Request
When you ask an AI agent to buy something, it finds the product and creates a purchase request through Clarify Systems. The agent cannot complete the purchase without your explicit approval.
2. Confirmation
You receive a secure confirmation request via email or in-app. This shows exactly what's being purchased, the price, and shipping details. Nothing happens until you approve.
3. Your Control
You select your saved shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm the purchase. You can also modify quantities or cancel at any time before confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
After confirmation, you receive order tracking just like any normal online purchase. All standard consumer protections apply.
Managing Your Profile
Your Clarify Systems profile stores your preferences to make future purchases faster and more convenient.
Shipping Addresses
Save multiple shipping addresses for home, work, or gift recipients. Choose which address to use at confirmation time.
Payment Methods
Securely store payment methods. Card details are encrypted and stored with our PCI-compliant payment partner, never on our servers.
Purchase History
View all past agent-initiated purchases, track orders, and access receipts.
Preferences
Set spending limits, require additional verification for large purchases, or restrict certain product categories.
Security & Privacy
Your security is our priority. All transactions require explicit confirmation. We never share your personal data with AI providers. You can revoke agent access at any time.
